MISSION: The Finance Council serves as a consultative body to the Pastor and Pastoral Council, offering advice on financial matters of the parish that reflects the mission and vision of the parish.

The Finance Council contributes significantly to the implementation of the annual budget.  It monitors revenues and parish assets, and reviews expenses and payments to ensure budget compliance.

MEMBERS: The business administrator and trustees are ex-officio members of the Finance Council.  In addition, members of the Finance Council are appointed by the Pastor for three-year terms.  The current members of the Finance Council are: Peter Torvik (Chair), Susan Treanor, Mark Van Ert, Joann Turmes, Gary Kanowitz, and Carl Corneliuson.

MEETING: The Finance Council meets on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 a.m. in the parish conference room.
