Sisters Host Vocation Retreat

October 13-15, 2006 at the Living Word Center in Arlington Heights, Illinois

The Sisters of the Living Word are hosting a weekend retreat for young adult women. The weekend is intended for any single woman, age 18-40, who wants to experience the spirituality and passion for mission that characterizes the Sisters of the Living Word. The weekend will provide guidance in spiritual growth, prayer, and faith sharing, as well as an invitation to greater service of others in need. There is no fee for this retreat, but advance registration is required by October 2.

Pilgrimage to Our Archdiocesan Mission in Ciudad Guyana, Venezuela

Parishioners are invited to participate in this pilgrimage. The Center for Mission, in conjunction with the Diaconate Office, is sponsoring this pilgrimage in an effort to bring increased awareness of our Venezuelan Mission to the people of our Archdiocese. January 2007.
