Virtus: Protecting God’s Children

All parents and parishioners who wish to volunteer in the school in any capacity must attend the Archdiocesan mandatory training on Protecting God’s Children.  We are offering the 3-hour training session at 2 different times in our parish.  You may attend the training at any other parish as well.  Once you have been trained, we will keep your name on file, along with the background checks, and you will then be able to volunteer in the school.  Our parish’s training sessions are on Saturday, Nov. 11 from 9:00 to Noon and Wed., Nov. 15 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.  You only need to attend 1 session.

There will be a schedule for training sessions in surrounding parishes at the parish office.  School parents will have the schedule sent home in the Friday folders.  We will be notified when you have completed the training and will add your name to our volunteer database.  Thank you so much for your cooperation.
