The 2006 Bright Beginning Brunch is over for another year and what a successful gathering it was! A very special thank you goes out to Amy Tickle, Suzette Burley, Julie Holland and Jenny Brace for their fine leadership of this event. Over 140 people attended this year in the beautiful setting of the Metropolitan Ballroom. The Silent Auction had hundreds of items that were all donated by parishioners, parents and friends of the school. Brian Burley was the MC of the day and John Miller kept the bidding lively on amazing live auction items. We were so blessed that Father Goman could join us and lead us in prayer. This is the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year, so for all who participated, the school staff and students thank you. If you were not able to attend this year, mark your calendars for the first weekend in November 2007! |

Book of the Dead Those who have died before us live on in our memory and hearts. We would like to invite you to honor your loved ones by signing their names in the church’s Book of the Dead located near the baptismal font. The book will remain up for the month of November. The Community will remember these loved ones in prayer. Housebound parishioners may call the office at 952-935-5536 to enter names of their beloved dead. |

Dinner at Your Door (Meals on Wheels) Drivers Needed We always welcome new volunteers, but especially come winter we need two to three drivers to cover for regular volunteers who go south for the next few months. Time required is one and one half hours once a month to deliver noon meals. For information call Archie Black at 952-938-6441. |
