All classes have ended for the year.
Please pray for and welcome into the St. John’s Community those young people who received the sacraments of initiation outside of the group sacraments this spring. They are
Brittney Evers,
Kevin Belanger and
Dominic Berg.
May the Holy Spirit always be their guide.
Thank you, everyone who helped in anyway with Faith Formation, First Communion and Confirmation. I have been getting many compliments on how wonderful everything was especially this past weekend. I receive the compliments, but it is a team effort. Please know that whatever you did, it was truly appreciated!
God bless you all.

Dear Parishioners,

This June, there is a small group of college students, who all participated in past mission trips with Hopkins Catholic Youth Ministry, who are going down to New Orleans to help with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.  We could use as much support as possible; here is a list of items that we will need: work boots, bug spray, sunscreen, respirators, heavy duty gloves, latex gloves, band-aids, face masks, bottled water, etc.  Also, at the moment, we only have one driver who is over 25 for a 2-day long journey (both directions).  This is a problem because of car rental policies and age limits on drivers.  If you have any ideas or you are willing to help in some way, that would be greatly appreciated as well.  Please contact Jessica Friedlander; email: jfriedland@brynmawr.edu or cell: 612-720-8844 or you can contact Robyn Magalska at 952-935-5536 ext. 6 for more information or questions.  Thank you for your support.
