Theotokos: A Program for Catholic High School Women What is Theotokos? It is a program run by the Archdiocesan Vocation Office for Catholic high-school age women to learn and reflect on their dignity and vocation in the Church and in the world. Why the name Theotokos? It is the name the Church gives to Our Lady, Mother of God. It was precisely in her as woman that God chose to dwell in a most intimate manner. She is now the model for all women and, in particular, Mother Church, on how to live in union with God. Where and When is Theotokos? We meet every first Thursday of the month beginning September 7 at 5:40 pm at Saint John Vianney Seminary at the University of St. Thomas.
